VIESConnect verifies the VAT numbers of your customers and vendors against the EU VIES service directly from Business Central – in bulk, on a schedule and with a clear report of everything that needs your attention.

Choose which customers and vendors to include, how long a verification stays valid, and who should receive the result. VIESConnect does the rest: it checks the VAT number format, finds duplicates, looks up the numbers in VIES and compares the company name returned by VIES with the name in Business Central.

After each run you get a report by email or on screen, and every report is kept in the validation log, so you can always document when and how your VAT numbers were checked.
